Who We Are

​David Novak is the Founding Partner of Longboat Private Services and a resident of Longboat Key since 1995. He provides the conceptual basis for the company and guides its operation and growth. He is a Licensed Community Association Manager for residential and commercial properties and specializes in the tactical use of technology. David founded the Gracie Swan Foundation in 2007 and maintains the flock of Mute Swans located on the golf course of the Longboat Key Club.
