Who We Are
David Novak is the Founding Partner of Longboat Private Services and a resident of Longboat Key since 1995. He provided the conceptual basis for the company and guides its operation and growth. He is a Licensed Community Association Manager for residential and commercial properties and specializes in the use of technology in both businesses and personal lives.
Beth Vinson is a Licensed Community Association Manager for residential properties and, in addition, is schooled in all the relevant technologies used at the Company. She previously assisted in the management of a prestigious mid-Key condominium and is keenly cognizant of what it takes to be successful in the Longboat Key environment. Originally from Massachusetts, she has been a resident of Anna Maria Island since 1992.
Renee ODell is a Licensed Community Association Manager assisting in the management of our portfolio of Condominium and Home Owner Associations. She has alot of experience with management and website design. Mindy leads the company's efforts in design and distribution of communications to both Boards of Directors and residents.
Jim Wolf is a Licensed Community Association Manager with 20 years of experience managing Longboat Key Associations. He graduated from Michigan State University with an MBA. He excels in landscape design, project management, finance and cost controls as well as problem resolution. Jim appreciates the special nature of Longboat Key and its residents and enjoys working with them to increase the value and enjoyment of their homes.
Steven Miesowicz is a Licensed Community Association Manager assisting with portfolio, condominium, and homeowner association clients. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Michigan. Among diverse business interests, he has managed residential Real Estate investment groups, transitioned companies during changes in ownership and managed technology-based organizations. In addition to his work with Longboat Private Services, he serves on boards for private companies. Steven has been a resident of Longboat Key since 2016.
Jeffrey Caisse is a Licensed Community Association Manager as well as a QuickBooks expert. He has also achieved the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. He has managed a residential cooperative as well as helped businesses and clients with their accounting and QuickBooks needs for more than a dozen years. Jeffrey is a graduate of Central New England College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Management. Jeffrey had previously worked in the computer industry and understands the importance and use of technology in business today.
Dan Brassil manages the Property Maintenance function for client Associations and the Home Watch and Repair services for residents. Dan has operated his own home watch and repair services in Sarasota and the Keys for over 20 years and has an extensive network of supporting vendors.
Celia Moore is the company’s technologist who maintains our technical environment including the Microsoft Cloud client repositories and our computer hardware, software, apps, and smartphones. The company does not keep paper files as all records are electronically stored and organized. We meet or exceed all requirements for records management as defined in the Florida Statutes.
Stacy Rector is an award-winning Graphic Designer whose work has been published in the Ritz Carlton Magazine, Sarasota Magazine, and the New York Times. She now ports her stunning design work directly to client websites, updating existing sites, or creating a whole new website and social media presence for Condo and Home Owner Associations. Stacy also produces the company’s marketing materials.
