Who We Are
David Novak
​
David Novak is the Founding Partner of Longboat Private Services and a resident of Longboat Key since 1995. He provides the conceptual basis for the company and guides its operation and growth. He is a Licensed Community Association Manager for residential and commercial properties and specializes in the tactical use of technology. David founded the Gracie Swan Foundation in 2007 and maintains the flock of Mute Swans located on the golf course of the Longboat Key Club.
Jim Wolf

Jim Wolf is a Licensed Community Association Manager with 20 years of experience managing Longboat Key Associations. He graduated from Michigan State University with an MBA. He excels in landscape design, project management, finance and cost controls as well as problem resolution. Jim appreciates the special nature of Longboat Key and its residents and enjoys working with them to increase the value and enjoyment of their homes.
Susan Fultz
Susan Fultz is our accounting manager. She comes to our team with significant years of experience as an accountant in various businesses and accounting methods and is a QuickBooks expert. She came to Florida from Colorado where she practiced construction cost accounting and worked as a personal tax associate. Susan is skilled at the latest technologies used at the company and is commissioned as a Notary Public with the State of Florida.
Steve Miesowicz

Steve Miesowicz is a fulltime Longboat Key resident and Licensed Community Association Manager. Originally from Michigan, he is a University of Michigan grad, B.S. in Engineering. He has worked in various engineering, finance, and management positions in the US and overseas. On LBK, Steve has been an on-site manager at two Longboat communities and now serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Darlene Martin

Darlene is a licensed Community Association Manager. Darlene is originally from Albany, NY but spent much of her childhood and adult life in Atlanta, GA. She moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 2002. Darlene joins our team with significant years of experience with several aspects of business. In 2002, she worked at the Longboat Key Club for 5+ years. She is also commissioned as a Notary Public with the State of Florida. In her free-time, Darlene enjoys the outdoors, relaxing with her husband by the pool or at the beach, and spending time with her “Furr-baby” – Jack.
Logan Pizano

Logan Pizano is a licensed Community Association Manager and Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida. He began his career as a Representative for a Home Watch Company, servicing both homes and condos, which he still does as a side gig. He is technologically well versed in web design and is continuing his education in order to receive a degree in Business. He was raised in Manatee County where he plans to reside for years to come.
Paulette Graf
Paulette Graf was born in Milwaukee, WI. She enjoys gardening, movies, cycling and the beach. Loves spending time with her husband and family. She has been with Marina Bay since 1999.
Stacy Rector

Stacy Rector is an award-winning Graphic Designer whose work has been published in the Ritz Carlton Magazine, Sarasota Magazine, and the New York Times. She now ports her stunning design work directly to client websites, updating existing sites, or creating a whole new website and social media presence for Condo and Home Owner Associations. Stacy also produces the company’s marketing materials.
